Permission is granted to use the materials on Companies web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

If a subscription-based product was purchased at this website, by clicking the "subscribe now" button the client authorises The Hebrew Hub to withdraw the monthly fee until the subscription cancelled. Cancellation can be done by the client at the website, following the instructions provided. The client can ask The Hebrew Hub to cancel for them, in this case only an explicit request via email (contact@thehebrewhub.com) is valid. Asking to cancel via private message or via SMS, or in any other way but email to the abovementioned address is not valid. If the client is upset at the fact that he/she has overlooked the fact he/she is subscribed or forgotten, The Hebrew Hub may consider as an act of good will to refund not more than one monthly installment. The Hebrew Hub may consider as an act of good will, though not obliged to, to give access to its services as a compensation for the forgotten subscription months.

If the client requests The Hebrew Hub to cancel a subscription, The Hebrew Hub is under no obligation to inform the client of any past or future changes in the learning plans pricing and/or content. (That is - if the client was subscribed for a plan that cost a certain price, which was raised later for the new clients, but The Hebrew Hub chose as an act of good will to keep the old price for current clients - once the client cancels - it is not possible to rejoin at the old price. The Hebrew Hub may choose as act of good will to inform about it, but by no means is not obligated to give any warning.)

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any copied/downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. The Hebrew Hub can make changes to contents of any plan and and product (including, but not limited to - learning materials scope and content, number of courses included in a learning plan, number of Zoom hours provided, etc.)

Every discount or pricing plan offer is valid for 30 days maximum, unless stated otherwise.

Any individual special agreement (about trial period, discount, special learning plan, compensation, etc) that The Hebrew Hub granted to client via email is legally binding.

When a client is registered to a subscription plan it means that there is a choice of courses that The Hebrew Hub provides. It is the students' responsibility to make sure that he/she is taking advantage of his/her subscription. In case of live courses - when one course is over it's the students responsibility to inform The Hebrew Hub of his/her choice of the next course.

By subscribing you agree that The Hebrew Hub may use lesson recordings for for educational or promotional purposes (e.g. to show to potential students what the lesson looks like).

This Terms of Use document is valid for any instance of The Hebrew Hub providing services, including retrospectively.

Limitations

In no event shall Company or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Companies Internet site, even if Company or a Company authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Companies web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. As an Instructor, You represent, warrant, and covenant that: No Submitted Content shall infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property right of a third party. But, if instructor use HEVC compression, it's the instructor's responsibility to pay the royalties to the MPEG-LA, the owner of HEVC patents as appropriate.
